No. All vaccinations are done on a drive up curbside service.

We offer the vaccination service Monday through Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. However, we are closed 12:30 – 1:30 for lunch.

Yes. The schedule for microchipping is on a drive up curbside service during the hours described above for vaccinations.

We provide financial assistance for spay/neuter services for those who currently receive government assistance or military benefits.

You will need to bring proof of at least one of the following to receive 50% discount: TennCare benefits, Medicaid, SNAP, Section 8 Housing, Families First, Unemployment benefits, Disability benefits, or Military I.D. You will also need proof your pet is up to date on his/her vaccinations. You may be eligible for 100% financial assistance if you can provide proof of more than one of the above benefits

This is where our generous donors and grants are valued. As long as the funds are available, we are able to provide financial assistance.

Beesley is a non-profit organization that provides spay/neuter services, vaccinations at a reduced rate for those who have difficulty affording the services through a standard veterinary service. PAWS is a government agency run by Rutherford County. They do provide some of the same services, but their primary focus is on rescuing endangered or abandoned animals.

The Beesley Animal Foundation is the funding aspect for our clinic. They are the organization that raises funds to allow Beesley Animal Clinic to operate and provide services to the community. They have several fundraising opportunities throughout the year to ensure our community’s animals are well served regardless of the economic circumstances.

Our storage space is very limited, but we always welcome donations of dog and cat food as long as it is unopened, unexpired, and has not been recalled by the FDA. We also gladly accept bedding, towels, or pet carriers that we can offer to our many clients. You may bring them to the clinic, but please TEXT first to make sure we have the capacity to receive the donations.

We gladly accept cash, in-state checks, and debit/credit cards. If you pay with a credit card, a 4% fee must be added. We also have the ability to send payment requests via a secure link via text (4% service fee will be added).

You will need to fill out an application online and pre-pay for the services via online or in person. Once we receive these items, we can schedule your pet for the surgery. You must also provide any of the financial assistance documents listed above prior to scheduling the surgery.

Unfortunately, no we do not see sick or injured animals. Our funding is limited to the services listed on our web page. If your pet is ill or injured, please contact a full service veterinary clinic.

Unfortunately, no. Our services are limited to cats and dogs. Also, if you are seeking services for an older pet, please contact our clinic for special instructions prior to scheduling services

Generally, no. However, if you are in need of food for your dog or cat, we can help. We certainly do all we can to ensure pets do not go without food

Yes. Our highly trained veterinarians perform all services on site.

No all spay/neuter patients will be discharged the same afternoon. Pets must be picked up by 5 pm.
